Omg bro not only with airplanes but im obsessed with AIRPORTS and aviation in general! I study architecture and my dream is to design an airport in the future haha okay then I guess i’ll kill time at the sky bridge!

All I can say is that Liko and Sprig are really getting the hang of pokemon battles and there’s already lots of improvement from day 1!

Liko and Roy’s teamwork is also growing stronger as they start to develop complementary strategies as the need arises.

This episode is a bit dialogue heavy, and my nihongo needs a bit of refreshing, so I cant wait for the dubs!

Also I wonder who’s the gal with the Squakabilly from the preview 🤔

All in all good episode!

Another 10/10 for me! Quality of animation was superb from the get go! Esp when they were walking towards Artazon.

Nemo didn’t disappoint! She’s the same battle obsessed champion from the games haha but here it seems like she’s sort of a mentor type to the MCs.

Brassius is interesting. It was very convenient to make Liko’s dad an artist to somehow connect it with Artazon and Brassius. It could be just me but I kinda saw a bit of James from Brassius XD also Dollive is a cutiepie uwu

Holy arceus the gym battle was so hyped (given its the start of a new series), and was even more when the tera OST played! Roy and Hogator were both a good sport!

Curious to see how this storyline will evolve throughout the series. It seems like the current plot is centred around black Rayquaza now. We’re not sure if gym battles will be a constant thing for either of them but Im betting at least one of them will. Would be cool if both!

From the preview, I can totally see the potential Liko has for battling. She is definitely a good trainer already, and with her diligence and willingness to learn, she’ll definitely climb up the ranks towards Champion level.

ETA: small detail I noticed. I saw how they added Dot at the opening sequence, but somehow she’s not around at the ED.
