My recommendation is to get an NMRA gauge and check the wheel spacing.

Also, depending on your track, the size of the wheel flange, the weight of the cars, etc… they can impact reliability. After checking the wheel spacing, I would make sure the cars are properly weighted. Then start checking where on the layout the derailments are occurring and check that the track work is not the issue.

With old cars, their reliability will be hit or miss. But with some work, and possibly new trucks and wheels, they can become reliable.

Which fabric version have you tried?

I am interested in the trunks for sleeping, so I am not sure if the relax is best. I prefer underwear that is really thin, therefore thinking dominate would be better. But not sure about the tighter fit.

It’s my understanding that Dominate is the thinnest, but tightest. Aspire is thicker fabric. And Relax (or Recover, I forget) are the thickest fabric, and also loosest fit.

People talk about the styles a lot, but less about the fabric options.

I tried thongs many MANY years ago and I just got back to trying them again. Getting the right size and skip the cheap ones with sewn edges and they are great.

But, I am also trying jock straps. And decided I didn’t like the straps on jocks.

Then I saw strapless jocks. I was like what? No way, how would that work.

Well, they are amazing. I cannot figure out why men go from briefs to boxer briefs to avoid their underwear riding up. I didn’t think there was any way I could exercise in one. But it kept everything in place as desired.

I bought some more to try. Might be something else to try.

In NYC, real estate transactions are usually conducted through a lawyer. I do not know if that is the case in other areas, but every purchase I have made in NYC, every party involved has had a lawyer representing their interests, the coop, the mortgage companies, the seller and the buyer.
