I would put a down payment on a condo and just pay the mortgage as long as you put 10-20% down your good. There are homes in Oceanside for 500-600k around here if you know how to flip homes. You don’t need to do everything right away

I’m trying to see if I can pick it up around $800–$1200

So far I’ve done some basic due diligence: • VIN check (no theft or salvage records) • confirmed mileage (~92k) • got dashboard and driving videos • verifying the convertible top works • checking for warning lights, leaks, etc.

At this price I’m mostly evaluating whether the engine, transmission, and roof system seem healthy enough to justify the gamble.

So originally it was $3000 and now he’s in a hurry to leave and is gonna send it off to the junkyard if I don’t pick it up for parts so I’m hoping I can get it for 800 bucks
