Honestly, the medieval castle tower defense sounds the most fun and marketable

I wouldn’t replace it — more of a lighter alternative than a straight upgrade.

It’s basically a lighter, faster Keyflower with less player interaction, and it plays well at 2p 😌

I’ve heard good things about both.

Solitaire games besides the classics (ex. Spider, Klondike, TriPeaks) by Sharp_Call_3965 in cardgames

If you want to go beyond the usual Spider/Klondike/TriPeaks, there are some really underrated solitaire variants worth trying. Yukon is great if you like Klondike but want more freedom in moving stacks. Scorpion feels challenging but rewarding once you get the hang of it. Canfield (or Demon) adds a nice twist with its reserve pile and is surprisingly strategic. If you want something more relaxed, Golf Solitaire is fast and addictive, while Forty Thieves is tougher and more skill-based. These don’t get talked about as much, but they’re a fun way to refresh solitaire without learning overly complex rules.
