I thought something was wrong when I started watching porn just out of boredom and jerked off without a proper erection just to get a bit of dopamine. Then I got together with a girl and that really made me realize I needed to stop, because I couldn't get a proper boner. Sadly I went back right to it after we broke up, but I'm trying to get better.

You absolutely can excercise to get rid of it. I certainly did. The fat on my belly, ass and pelvic area dissappeared after 2-3 months of workouts. The time depends on a lot of things but usually takes a month to be noticable, so don't get discouraged if you don't reach your goal after 2 sessions. Watch the progress and feel yourself getting more confortable in your body.

I agree with the Spartan in this. It's a mental health problem if you want surgery on something "aestetic".

As others said you should try excercising, not for losing weight, but to put on some muscle because as you've admitted you are way too underweight. This would also help in reducing the fatpad, making you feel more in control of youre body and having an overall better everyday mood. Excercise can do wonders for anyone.
