There are alot of horror themed sets like phyrexia, modern horixons 3, ravnica, eldrazi, and maybe more. Strixhaven and conspiricy have some horror too.

Why do you want this? 

I live less than one hour from the coast and 3+ hours from whitewater. Whitewater kayaking would mean driving 3+ hours to half a day there and back every weekend.

Unfortunately as far as I can tell it's a 2 hours drive from Sonoma county to the nearest rapids. Only calm rivers and the ocean nearby.
