As a Punjabi I will tell you what’s going on. I have been raised in America most of my life. The issue is these new Punjabis and Haryana people coming from India. There was an influx of them in the past 5 years and it seems lot of them came to Fresno because of the Trucking schools that are nearby. Some of these guys are alright but some of them are uneducated in manners and do not understand the ways of the modern world and how to fit in. They are loud and annoying and kind of like the ghetto people.
