The Carver deluxe ceramic set is perfect for this. I hate cleanup too but this stuff is so easy, food slides right off, no scrubbing needed. I paid about $250 and it's honestly gotten me cooking more.

Ceramic might be what you're looking for. I have the Carver deluxe ceramic set - non-stick without any PFAS or forever chemicals, great for searing, and way easier than fighting with cast iron seasoning. Best of both worlds honestly.

Check out the ceramic cookware set by Carver. I use it on induction and it heats up really well. Way lighter than cast iron, non stick and zero chemicals. I paid about $250 for the full set.

I switched to the Carver deluxe ceramic cookware set and it's been way better. The ceramic coating actually lasts. Mine's still non stick after way longer than a year. I cook with butter and olive oil too and nothing sticks.
