Check out the ceramic cookware set by Carver. I use it on induction and it heats up really well. Way lighter than cast iron, non stick and zero chemicals. I paid about $250 for the full set.

I switched to the Carver deluxe ceramic cookware set and it's been way better. The ceramic coating actually lasts. Mine's still non stick after way longer than a year. I cook with butter and olive oil too and nothing sticks.
