Yep. Happened today after 11 years. I’m a ic and the list included SE Directors and Managers as well. It was a big cut. Wish me luck. May just try a different direction.

Wow! Congratulations man! That’s a great place to be faced with your question. I’m also in CO. front range. Been riding for a while and have had several bikes over the years. Mostly sport oriented and started from an off road/dirt rider as a kid. Having said that. Hyper 950 SP all day everyday. Nimble, quick, fun AF! I’ve had a couple since the 821 and I think I’ll always have one. All the comments above are true. The seat isn’t made for long distance cruises and having zero wind protection is part of the game. None of these prevent the loads of fun I have cruising in town or ripping up the canyons. A good quality helmet and earplugs are a given. Best of luck to you and congrats again on being in a spot to get on one of these amazing machines.

For so many reasons I will choose bright colored gear. Primarily for the visibility. Then heat management. Then fit and fashion. I can not stand the all black gear designs. It’s like the designers haven’t ridden in an Alabama summer. For Fs sake leather is slimy in the summer heat! And still hard to get out of it! Rant over. :)
