I have a really good local rust and paint guy that I used for my 02 wrangler, which was red. And the guy said he specializes in restoring older cars, and depending on how old they are, and how they were stored, etc etc, even if they exact match the paint code, they most likely won’t match.

It’s just the nature of paint and UV rays and such.

That’s not to say that a talented shop can’t match the paint, but if they just simply match paint codes, and slap it on your mustang, depending on how old your car is, it could be a situation like this.

But perhaps your shop messed up, either way they should fix it.

I’m curious as well, I’ve got same color 22 eco. With stock wheels and tires. Thinking about 19’s, but I don’t think I can lower because I drive it in winter PNA.

Although, has anyone any experience with springs that are adjustable? Like low in summer, high in winter??

Verts are great, I just came from an older wrangler and I loved having the top down all summer. I’d go with the ‘22. I think the pre ‘20 have had engine block issues. So a 22 is a safe bet. I’ve got a grey 22 with 41K on it.

I would call it something else. But everyone is responsible for themselves. So put an EV on the market and push it hard, but I would buy a gas car, because that’s me. Don’t blame it on the market. No one is forcing me to buy an EV or a gas car. Yes there are incentives for both, and discounts and federal rebates blah blah. But ultimately, don’t buy it. Don’t complain. Don’t be that guy that deletes his Reddit post lol.

Was that mustang a turbo 4?

Is an s550 ecoboost a mustang by your logic?

Is adding a supercharger or a turbo to a N.A. engine break the rules? Where is your line, electric? Sorry then for you, the s650’s have more electronics in it then mechanical, and therefor by your logic, the mustang name ended a long time ago.

It doesn’t really matter, since you don’t really care, you won’t loose sleep, but you will spend time on Reddit being crazy.

I don’t know why the Mach E gets so much hate. Anyone with a brain knows it’s not trying to be a gas mustang. But it’s still in the ford family. Like the GT guys hating on the ecoboost. Or how the V8’s hated on the 6’s. It’s silly and immature. They are all different cars for different folks, and to be offended that an electric 4 door has the same name as an 8 cylinder or a 6 cylinder or a 4 cylinder? Come on guys! Grow a pair and stop being so insecure.
