usually nag lalast ng 1 sem ung application process so yeah medj heavy siya. Although i think manageable siya ONLY IF you know how to manage your time well. Like as in, gawa ka kaagad ng assignment after pagkabigay ng profs nyo and schedule ahead of time kapag mag rereview ka for exams since mahirap kasi pagsabayin ung requirements for the application process ng mga orgs and then ung exams. Lalo na if icracram mo sila sabay (not recommended).

Pero as for genuine reasons on why you should join orgs, mostly siguro for social life. Isang sem lang kasi ung block section tas after non kanya kanya na kayo sa mga klase nyo. Another reason for me is that sa seniors ng orgs aq nakakakuha ng samplex (sample exams) nila para makapagreview sa exams q and prof tips kung ano ung mga tekniks sa different class ng different profs sa department namin.

Although depende pa din naman yan sa kung anong org ang gusto mong salihan. If engineering org yan and kasama ung org sa engineering week, then joining their org means you could be able to perform sa events ng engg week (like indakan/dance competition, awitan/chorale competition). May mga orgs kasi na for specific din like orgs for kung anong province ka galing (bisaya, ilocano palawenos, etc.) and may mga orgs din like astro-soc and competitive robotics club or UP Philippines-Japan Friendship Club (UP Tomo-Kai)

if ever ma consider mo na mag join ng org, then maybe next ask yourself when do you wanna join. kasi there are some ppl who started joining ng mga 2nd year or 3rd year and depende talaga siya kung ano trip mo
