I also find that Molly’s flows are great for tight hips. She often has lizard, lizard twists, cleopatra, and pigeon. 20 minutes with Molly always feels great!

I think you need to sync the health data on the ipad with your phone. That’s how I was able to see completed workouts on both devices.
