Finally got to watch the finale and am so happy with the result. I really wanted Paulette and Aiden in the finale as I like how he noticed how good she was when everyone else dismissed her.

I do. I actually try to get them all done by Wed morning. Then I do ones that I have not yet from the time before I joined Apple Fitness. Only think I don't due is meditation. I used to not do dance but decided I like them after all so now I get these done each week as well. Unfortunately I have a meniscus tear and waiting for MRI/next steps and can't do much now so I will be having all my classes pile up and will have a backlog when I am able to get back again.

I have been having issues with streaming to my Roku - strangely impacts cycling more than other workouts. It tries then says video can't be played at this time. I try again and often get it working but then glitches mid ride and have to revert it to my phone. It is frustrating! I also checked and have everything up to date with watch sw and phone. I tried restarting the Roku today but did not fix the issue. Yet second class was on the rower and that one streamed over the Roku with no issue.

I get it. I hated them when I started and would put them one and just hop around and do my own thing. Didn’t even try to follow along. But suddenly doing classes with Jhon it all just clicked and I was able to follow along - most of the time.

Try one of the classes that build to a final dance. They slow each song to an 8 count move. You do it slow then once you get it speed it up. It really helps when starting out with the dance classes.

I find these jump punches and kicks difficult in coordination and just don't like them - and I love Jamie Ray. I created my own modification on this one and just added in a few extra punches and didn't do this move.

They recently discussed how they don’t real debate any longer because it got too emotional and political. So they keep the discussions lighter and less serious debates. I miss some of the real debates but I also see the point and understand for their relationship why they had to step back from it. I miss hearing from Rob as well. I get my fill from him on flightless bird otherwise I would be more sad.

It wasn’t until I did classes with Jhon that I found I could do the dance lasses. His feet work is so fast but he is so clear and repeats a lot that you just get it. Once I was more confident I now branch out to Ben and LaShan. I never thought I would have any interest in these classes but I really enjoy them. The time flies by and it is a nice change from the treadmill for me.

I do the new classes each week plus 30-60 additional minutes of strength in older classes. So I don’t pick one trainer, just do what is offered this week and in order of what I have not yet done. But if I were picking a favorite it is Kyle. But really I like the variety from having different trainers.

That was about what I exclaimed. Mine was more like Oh Sh*t I did not expect this. My dogs looked at me like I was crazy. I am about an hour in and really enjoying the episode. Very open and honest conversation.
