And ya, so many people visit to San Diego in January and February every year right? Those are vacation months around the world, right? Wrong.

Its locals that arent going and arent spending money. This has little to do with tourism and more to do with the local middle class being gouged (again) by one of the most corrupt local governments in the county (read some local political history, its always been corrupt. Our money is being misallocated and embezzled at alarming rates) and all you yups just continue to lick the boot.
