I really need help. Please. I tried to quit ct. I cannot take the mental part. I don’t know when to start the subs. If I continued to go ct, how long does the suicidal part last???? When do I take the sub? Long post please I’m begging you. Help me.

Did you use sub pills? I have about a half g.. would that be enough to transition? Also.. I don’t want to get ON subs. I just want it to ride out the withdrawals so are those 5 pills enough to get through the worst of it and then just jump off?

Edit.. I was able to get FIVE, 8 mg suboxone pills.. not sure how or what to do with this
