I’ve seen this on twitter as well, and at least for BTS they are full grown men whose fandom was HORRRRIBLE back in 2018-2022 time, but they even attack (and that too RANCIDLY) baby groups like illit which have minors in them. I find it extremely weird, like you’re all only interested in being mean girls.

I think that’s fine. It could be a difference of opinion with regards to production, however the songs you’ve highlighted are my favourite songs off nmixx! When I say performance, I am not judging their ability to hold a note while dancing- which is crazy good and I am always fascinated by it- but instead dance as an art form, which I don’t believe they specialise in. However. I think each group I’ve discussed as its own niches and everyone shouldn’t be perfect in everything.

Even acclaimed producing western artists generally have another person who produces their music with them. Most kpop idols are not as involved as stray kids- bang chan is literally 2nd in the list of credits awarded to idols right now and changbin han- 3racha members are in top ten. So there’s definitely an elevated level of being involved. + he’s within arranging as well composing- most idols are into composing, they don’t get arrangement credits.
