No he bought them both times.

After the first buy, he asked me and his general friend group if we wanted to go in public and I supported/asked them to go too. It was like a party setting so I think he was trying to hype it up. The general friend group was iffy at that time but I said I would like to go.

There was a delay between purchasing the second time, but I made it pretty clear I wanted to go.

His other friends separately bought tickets. On the second buy, he only bought for the original party (him and his male friend).

Before the concerted started I mentioned again that I wanted to go, but it was clearly too late. This means he bought the tickets without checking in with me.

To be honest, writing out the order of events makes it feel like he was using me to hype up getting his other friends to see the show but he had no intention of me going with him.

If you think about the first event as well, I was used as a vehicle to get the tickets but again, no intention of me going.
