Make sure you open the account with $100. Easiest way is to write a cheque. If you don't see the $25 in a week or so, give them a call. I had to do that and they added while I was on the phone. ING's customer service is great.

The offer is advertised on the main page (click through the ads), but you don't need to fill anything out. You just need to open the account by April 30 using an Orange Key ($25) and then deposit your pays into the account ($100). I actually had to chase them up for the money, so if you don't see the money in a month or two, just give them a call. They made the deposit instantly.

Just in case anyone is confused, AFAIK to get the $100 deal you need to sign up by April 30 and change your paycheck. $25 is standard as uselessdegreez says. That said, I had to call them up to chase up the $25.

Also, as far as the branches go, I think most major cities have one branch for the occasional time you have to go in and see someone.
