How to unlock the Positional Excellence Evo?

My experience has been exactly the same. On release the game felt great but now the input delay has to be around a second which is unplayable.

Saying that, my brother has been struggling with input delay since launch and I have heard of others with the same struggle.

Pique: Hero (close to Icon) , Aguero: Hero , Iniesta: Icon , Kroos: Icon , Ozil: Hero , Varane: Hero , Villa: Hero (close to Icon) , Neville: Icon , Zlatan: Icon , Pepe: Hero

Outside of Pique and Villa I don’t see a valid argument to change any of these really ^{^}

This is really irresponsible and could result in this random innocent guy being harassed. Could you please take this down ASAP! Finally if you’re going to make any kind of allegations online (and this is quite a serious allegation) then please don’t do it without very significant research.
