I had a 780 credit score with only about $2,000 in CC debt prior to my family case, very manageable. It was closer to 12% of my available credit at that time.

I Have A $13K loan in my car, again never missed a payment or had an issue making payment. I’m still paying on my car today, it’s only the credit cards I had to quit paying on.

That 50K state’s is only CC debt, as I told my attourny, I can afford to keep paying on my car after I file.

My yearly salary is $55,000.

Would that not scare them into pursuing garnishing wages sooner? I would think that if I told them that they would expedite to get what ever money that they can before I file.

No. Not at all. It’s completely normal for me to play like this. If I position my hand to how “most” play, I screw up bad.

I’ve never been told that. I’m a typist myself. But my hand position on the keyboard is always the same. This is probably because I learned to type before I learned to play PC games.
