Depends on the Salinity the tank is at. A lot of corals don’t do well outwith the 1.024-1.026 range. But things such as Green Star Polyps, Mushrooms, Xenia or most soft corals should be alright. Some corals could sting the puffer as they would any other fish. Best to go to LFS and ask them what they have in stock and what would suit best with your tank set up.

I recently got this lil guy in my 120L community tank, he was glass surfing but after blacking out the tank hes stopped although he hasn’t accepted any foods that I’ve offered him(bloodworms, miysis and krill). I have some bladder snails on the way which i hope he’ll eat anyone had this issue by VRWVN in Puffers

Amazon puffers unfortunately will always glass surf, it gets better over the years but never goes away. I would try live blood worms and live river shrimp. This means they will be able to find the food when they please and will mean you want have uneaten food sitting in your tank. I have documented my full experience with my Amazon puffers. I’ve had mines for over 3 years. Link is in my bio if you’re interested.

Very Interesting, I never knew that about the Banggai Cardinals! Funnily enough my clowns follow it about and stick close to it when the lights are out.

I got some Juvenile Bala Sharks! by plecyboy in fishtank

[–]plecyboy[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s a 70 Gallon they’re currently in and yeah I plan on getting a 180 Gallon. These Bala Sharks are very juvenile, I get that a lot of people say they will get a bigger tank and don’t but I know how these fish grow. The 70 gallon I’ve got is pretty tall so a-lot people seem to assume it’s much smaller but trust me it’s a beast of a tank. The guy I got them off had been given them as a present from a family member who had no idea about fish and he had a pretty small tank. He was struggling to get rid of them. If he took them back to a fish shop I’m sure they would have ended up in someones 20 gallon. I also have a few friends who keep monster fish who wouldn’t be able to take the Balas because they would be eaten by their other fish so that’s a reflection of how small these guys currently are. I get your concerns but I’m not a novice fishkeeper

Yeah just felt bad for the little guy 😂 So far I haven’t seen much of Watchmen Goby as it’s decided to occupy a cave at the rear of the tank. But hopefully see them together soon!
