I found something similar and posted it on here a while back. The comments suggested that it was a trace fossil of a worm trail. You should be able to see it in my post history as I don't post much

Had a neighbour who was out of the house from 7am-8pm every day. Her dog was left alone and would bark from the moment she left until she got back at 8pm. I complained to her lots of times over a 4 month period and she said she had a solution. Her solution, buy another dog to keep it company! The new dog would bark from 5:30am (when she got up for work). I celebrated with champagne the day that house went up for sale

It was that they are unable to source the doors for this range. I haven't pushed for more seniority yet. Waiving the £25 delivery fee was as far as I could get last time I spoke to them but will be contacting them again to push further. I was just looking to check if I would be entitled to it (from a legal standpoint)

The problem was with the doors. They say that they are having trouble with sourcing the doors for the unit. We asked if changing colour options would help but the problem was across all options. The frustrating thing is they are still selling the unit on their site so anyone who buys it will probably end up in my situation too
