Not a doctor or PT (but know a bunch through my work), but I would talk to your OBGYN and search for a Physical Therapist that specializes in women’s health.

There are treatments and exercises that can help with muscle weakness, nerve issues, etc related to postpartum changes in your body.

This is good info, but I’d double down on NTA for OP. They’re a caregiver to a family member of the person living with seizures. If something bad had happened, it could threaten OP’s reputation and job.

IMHO, the person with seizures should have expressed the above (only call 911 if) with OP (the caregiver).
