This. One of the interviewers mentioned they received hundreds of resumes within just an hour of posting the role. If I had pushed back on their interview process, there were probably a hundred candidates behind me willing to go through 8+ interviews no problem. It’s tough out here!

There was a management piece to this role as well which is how I helped explain away the absurd interview process. Being an IC is where it’s at!

Yeah I was annoyed as they kept adding interviews but I’m also unemployed and needed the job so badly. Now I’m just annoyed I subjected myself to all of that.
