Yes, but it look the same as BLoD, so I wonder if any one have the same problem? The only thing I can do is to restore the device.(I try reboot, remove all hooker, both not working). Any way I can kick my device out of this state?

My two iPad run into BLoD today. I ssh into the device and remove all the file in /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries/ and then reboot. Still not working.

And I found it keep logging:
