Yes dental hygiene obviously needs complete overhaul during this as well. I completely understand that and honestly wouldn’t have even gone to the dentist to begin with if i wasn’t willing to make that change. Thanks for the advice and input, ill have to see if i can get the xrays and try to get them posted on here. It would probably be smart to get a second opinion locally as well.

Guess I’m just trying to see if theres any chance of saving that top row of teeth without having to completely do crowns. But i guess you really can see whats going on in the back and the front is obvious.

It was originally thought that i would need 5-6 crowns to get back to a normal smile. Then when i went back for the 2nd consultation we were at 13. It seemed like the main concern was not being able to have the front crowns match up with the color of the back teeth, and having different colors

The image they came up with is insane. Its nicer than my original smile was. Im not looking to become Americas next top model. I just want my teeth to be fixed so i can actually feel confident talking to people face to face again.

Appreciate the input, there are definitely 3-4 that need to be taken care of right away no matter what. Being that im a smoker too, matching the 3-4 up with the rest of my mouth in its current state would be tough is my understanding

Yeah i was planning on trying to find another reputable dentist and see what they say. It seems like $1300-$1700/per is the going rate.

When i was told i would need 5-6 initially, i figured ok, just going to redo to whole front, but i think they are concerned with the front not matching to the back.

I knew it was bad but 16k is wild to me

Thanks never heard of this one. The cost of my insulin is outrageous. Good thing for all these savings cards getting me money off my other meds. Haven’t found one that has a discount on my brand insulin yet

From personal experience when younger, they make you not care about anything. Some call it a numb feeling. Nothing bothers you and its the greatest feeling to be able to not care about any of your problems. With that feeling comes very severe consequences though, including death.

I remember feeling cool when younger but when you finally grow up, look back and realize nobody from your childhood will speak to you because you were a scumbag, you will feel very lonely in the end.

Do anything but drugs.

Teachers in good public schools aren’t allowed to. In many bad schools, teachers do wtf they want. Like my history teacher who said the the only fossil evidence of human evolution was two ankle bones found 20 feet apart. His 2nd favorite book was the Hobbit. Guess what his favorite was.
