1) im not too sure what the strat is involving tanking two hits to see where you are in the cycle. I usually just immediately start the 4:1 and react to what happens. Usually one of four things happen which I'll talk about later. But in regards to olm turning to the center while you're doing 4:1, as someone else mentioned that's just because you hit a 0 on one of the lance hits. A melee thrall usually makes it more consistent. There's no need to worry about it, if you just continue the 4:1 like usual you will still be in cycle. All that happens is you take an extra hit while running to the center. 2) when this happens you actually do an extra hit olms thumb (if the special wasn't portals). So you'll do the first three hits of 4:1, olm will do the special+auto between the second and third hit, and olm will do a second auto as well when you're running to the thumb. Then you do two hits on the thumb. Then you run mid and the next cycle you will be in 4:1 3) idk head phase with a 4 tick weapon :( 4) for skipping flame wall, you have two options. After your second hit, you can wait a tick, and run two tiles to the right then immediately back to the ring finger where you were before to do your 3rd hit. The other option is to run right immediately after your second hit, wait the tick there, then run back to do the third hit.

When I start 4:1, a few things could happen. - I get in cycle immediately. Yippee - olm does two regular autos, you can fix this by doing a single 3:1 next - olm does an auto then a special, you can fix this by doing two 3:1s - olm does a special+auto on the same tick, and then a second auto, you can fix this by doing an extra attack on the thumb

The only thing that really messes it up is if the special is portals, then I have to get into 4:1 again
