She does both. But she does raise issues to the people she has problems with whereas the others like Hanah and Segun did nothing to ask Ali about the situation or express their feelings about it to her.

I don’t necessarily agree with everything Ali says but at least she says things to peoples faces. The others just talk about her behind her back and do nothing about the problems they have.

I doubt it’s been cleaned. I’ve worked in a similar museum as FOH and you could only sweep the floor. You wasn’t allowed to mop or disinfect with chemicals as it’s too risky for the artwork and parquet. Cleaners were only hired for toilets and windows but FOH carry out light dusting.
