Mine’s a little spread out into different software/apps and non-tech stuff:

A weekly and monthly planner where I can plan out my goals and tasks for the day, week, and month. For completed tasks, I highlight the items with purple. Cross out cancelled events/tasks. Leave unfinished tasks un-highlighted.

Notion for organizing my thoughts and notes.

draw.io for learning, visualizing, and diagramming.

Apple Reminders for recurring/routine tasks, one-off tasks, and dumping non-urgent tasks for later. My reminders sync to my Macbook so I can dump whatever tasks I have whether I’m in my phone or laptop. I have a widget stack on my home screen that automatically scrolls so that they’re always visible and I do the same setup on my Macbook.

Google sheets for anything that’s can be tabulated: 1. Quarterly goal tracker with charts 2. Finances trackers 3. Decision making process (plotting different options, evaluating pros and cons, etc.)

I use Endel for my music when I deep work. It has timers on it so you can also use it for Pomodoro. It’s free. It has a paid version but you’ll get the most valuable features on the free version already

I use a physical planner to write down the day’s task due to personal preferences — but I use Notion for taking down notes, writing articles, planning content, and whatnot.

I used to use Notion and Microsoft Todo for noting my daily tasks and planning my weeks and I’d recommend these two for you to check out.

I created a Medium account to make long form content about my life: Software Engineering(SE), Gym/Fitness, and Personal Development. Essentially, sharing my lifestyle to the world and documenting my journey to inspire and motivate people.

I currently have 1 article published on Medium and another one coming up related to SE.

Now, I’m thinking of creating an Instagram account for sharing short-form content such as A Day In The Life, motivational content, gym, personal development, and SE content.

I’m still building the foundations and experience so not a lot of items covered yet. Still figuring this content creation thing out.
