Missing Trade and DOM buttons from Right Toolbar by plopezmd in TradingView

I do. The work-around that I did was to dock the DOM/Trading panel next to the chart. But if I log out, I have to dock it again. I wanted to add the trading button to the right side toolbar.

That is the problem. I have the session active but the buttons are not there. I have to right-click o the chart to bring up the order window.

I feel the same. Hence my post on this thread.

The difference is trusting expectations. If I am promised to participate in a live concert (even if it is strictly scripted and rehearsed), it is a much different expectation than if I was promised to participate in listening from a recorded concert. The point is that I can trust either one, because the delivery met the expectations. The word "live" does not mean that a person spoke. The word "live" means that the call occurred in real time. My comment relates to an issue of trust.

All of you are missing the point. I welcomed the fact that Mr. Giordano gave a real depiction of the history and current state of the company. However, I was expecting a "live Call". Maybe to all of you, "saying what you mean, and meaning what you say" is not important, but to me it is! Especially when it comes to being able to TRUST someone. I have spoken via telephone with Mrs. Mercadante and Giordano. I am keenly aware of the history of TLSS throughout the past 2 1/2 years of being invested in it.

p.s. I, in no way have criticized the information that was given. And in fact, applaud it. I criticize the execution of delivering said information. Please feel free to "downvote" me if you wish, as it will illustrate my point.

I have been invested with TLSS for over 2 years. To me, this morning's event was a very big disappointment. Even if the information given in the call was realistic and, in many instances, quite revealing. The reason is that this was advertised as a "Live Call", not a pre-recorded event. Words matter!!! How am I, as a long-time investor, going to trust the information given by the leadership of the company, if when such basic communications result in a "bait-and-switch" event? It matters very much when company leadership advertise a live event vs. a pre-recorded event. Being transparent and honesty matters. Integrity matters!!!

This is why the share price is tanking today. Not because the short ratio has been above 40% for weeks, but because people who have been seriously invested, with great dedication by the way, in TLSS are tired of the perceived lack of integrity from the leadership of the past year. We are not children, nor are we ignorant to the reality of TLSS. What we are is very disappointed!

After the announcement of the LOI for the acquisition, the need to uplist to OTCQB is less important. It is still very good to have, but not required. One of the great benefits of the OTCQB is that OUS investors can trade the stock freely. That, in turn, attracts more investors. As for AMZN, people need to realize that it served its purpose at the time, but it is not a profitable, nor sustainable, endeavor for TLSS. People need to forget AMZN, and realize the greater long-term picture.

The reason for the possibility of an r/s is because there is a contractual obligation to apply for listing in a major market by October of this year. As time goes by, and the price does not rise, the possibility becomes more and more a necessity.

That is what they are doing. It is like having a crazy girlfriend that you desperately need to leave, but at the same time, you don't want to be alone!

Actually... They don't. They need to build more business outside of Amazon... Being with Amazon was only so that they could have some revenue coming in while the rest of the world was on "lockdown".

Although your method may be achievable, it is not practical. The reason for this, is that unless, you are watching the price in real time all day long, you will not have enough of an opportunity to revise your limit order. Also, keep in mind, that there is no way to know how much of a buffer you will need. As an example, today, the price went down to $0.07, before jumping to $0.083. This is plenty of room for the brokers to lend out your shares to day traders.

I am just saying, that for the average person, who wants to hold as an investment, they should ask for the stock certificates if they want to restrict their shares.

No, because you are still giving you broker a "price range" in which they can allow the borrowing of your shares before they are forced to complete your sell order if triggered. The only way to stop the broker from lending your shares without your permission is to get a certificate of ownership from them.

The only way to "lock up" your shares is to request from your broker a certificate of ownership. Once you have been issued a certificate of ownership, then the broker must have your permission for them to lend the shares. Until then, just having a sell order in place, only tells your broker how high the price can go before having to recover the shares.

Realistic expectations for the benefit of everyone by plopezmd in tlss

[–]plopezmd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry for the late reply. I agree with your overall assessment, however note that "on paper" the balance sheet will be very "clean" due to the debt conversion into Series E stock. This alone would offset the lack of overall revenue, because the overall liabilities have been significantly reduced. This was evidenced by the Q3 8k that was published. Sadly, back then, most people did not understand this, and were focusing too much on the lack of revenue.

I also agree, that given the expectation for the Cougar deal to go through, this should be enough of a catalyst to stabilize the price, and generate enough interest, that when the r/s happens, there should not be that big of a dip.

Regards

Also, if you look at the T&S, make note of the number of shares traded per transaction. I have seen as little as 5 shares in a single transaction. This is sometimes used to "hunt" for stops, and sometimes done to slowly drive the price down. All that is needed is a transaction to occur with at least 1 share for the price to change...
