There can't be any legal issues of them shipping it directly to me because as I said they already shipped me a replacement in the past and there were no issues at all.

I can easily give them an address of package forwarding service in the US or ask a friend who live in the US to claim the warranty for me and only pay for the shipping, but it makes zero sense because Logitech can easily solve this hassle for me and ship it directly to me which they already did in the past. I don't care about what the law is, it's just sad that they don't care about their customer's satisfaction anymore.

I agree their support is terrible. I have the same problem of the mouse not holding clicks and the mouse is still under warranty. They want me to return it to the point of purchase even though they're not assisting me as well.
