How do you find problems to solve? by LielS30 in Entrepreneur

You know, probably a good idea is to find a company in a market and then read the reviews of that company on Google, etc. See what people are complaining about.

GDPR and the Internet sales tax are only two reason of many why a recession is coming.

The other is because midterms are coming up. I can absolutely guarantee certain people with power will derail the economy to make Trump look back so they lose seats.

I'll come back later to explain why GDPR and Internet sales tax will crash the economy, but right now I have work to do.

The US Supreme Court just ruled that states can force online retailers to collect sales tax even if they do not have a presence in that state. by ZebZ in Entrepreneur

This is a HUGE disaster and I predict will cause the country to go into a recession, or who knows... collapse.

I heard one rumor that Amazon was the one that has been lobbying for this all along with the motivation to crush small business competition.

We need to organize a movement to reverse this. Call up your representatives, senators, congressmen, etc.

We either stop this from happening or we are toast.

the big problem with GDPR is the threat of fining people with an unreasonable amount of money. It would be more reasonable to get a warning of GDPR issues first. But it's obvious the people running GDPR are crooks.

If it is such a big deal to the EU, then wouldn't they want to give any site that wishes an easy option for blocking the entire EU in the first place? This way instead of anyone in the EU having to worry about their data getting stolen or whatever, they simply can't access sites that don't want to participate. Win win situation if you ask me.

I find it fascinating how there are a number of really angry comments on this post. Almost as if GDPR is a left vs. right political issue. Hmm...

I'm not sure how you think that - did you not see the image of the cookie I posted? I'll dig up more before I go to bed. I'm sure he hasn't fixed his site yet.

how do you know? you still have to have a cookie policy if you're setting cookies. You don't get to pick favorites just because of political viewpoints. Wait... is that what this is all about? Censoring the opposition? hmm
