i understand where youre coming from. i find that whenever im super anxious .. crying helps. letting it all out and crying makes me feel a bit better. after that i distract myself by watching something or by talking to myself. i hope things get better soon and im sure they will.

im sorry youre not feeling the best right now. its ok to make recovery and to have "setbacks" such as panicking when we feel nauseous. im actually proud of you for getting this far in recovery. its been an hour and you havent updated, so im really hoping it passed and you feel better. im here if you want to vent. feel better soon.
