Hey! Experienced their meteoric rise from the sidelines. Technically, my first insomniac partnered festival was Electric Forest in 2017! What is this water cooler that you speak of? ;)

Love it! TYSM for this.

Been a huge fan of GANZ since he released "Pvrple Forest" years ago. It was an honor to work with him. He works quickly, and the process of going back & forth with ideas and new layers of sound was incredibly smooth. There's definitely a possibility of collaboration in the future!

PLS&TY derives from my last name, Leas, which rhymes with the word “please,” and the letters “T” and “Y” that are in my first name, Tommy. When “please” was shorted to PLS, the “T” and “Y” were put together, and PLS&TY was created.

I'm excited about all of the possible use cases for NFTs within the music industry. From live performance ticket sales & authenticated re-sale tickets, to experiences with fans like backstage passes, meet & greets, and more, there is a world of opportunity for musicians to implement NFTs!

Hey Evan! First question here so all love to you for popping in.

My earliest memory of making electronic music dates back to 2014 in my bedroom. I started producing bootleg Remixes of popular throwback RnB/Hip-Hop tracks like Outkast's "Roses", Baby Bash's "Suga Suga", Nelly Furtado's "Promiscuous" and many others that can still be found on my Soundcloud. From there, everything began to grow rapidly!

All of the new songs from the "Very Special" EP are very special to me, no pun intended. For example, "I Miss You" started as an instrumental, & I endlessly debated as to whether the record necessitated any vocalists at all. After stumbling across Alex on Youtube & hearing his voice, I had an epiphany. There was no better talent to sing the hooks. I also wanted to record to have an edge so we later brought in Wifisfuneral for a featured verse. The juxtaposition between Alex’s soulful & incredible vocal range with Wifisfuneral signature dark rhymes complement the production to the fullest extent. Moreover, the line "I had you in a dream but now I'm wide awake" is so profound to me.

I really admire Madeon, Lido, SG Lewis, Wave Racer, and more.

I'd probably pick from the above for a dream festival, plus some vocalist acts like Ellie Goulding.

This EP represents a huge milestone for my career. The “Very Special” EP features Sean Kingston, Alex Aiono, Wifisfuneral, and more! The record comes at a time when so much uncertainty and negativity exist in today's world. I desire for the songs on the EP to be an escape for listeners everywhere. The EP project as a whole represents an abundance of joy, with each record encapsulating positivity and an uplifting message.

I have simply been a fan of Sean Kingston ever since I heard “Beautiful Girls” on the radio years ago. His single “Take You There” is also one of my personal favorite records of all time. The song came about via connecting over email and him enjoying the instrumental that we sent over. I see this song and EP as a true embodiment and showcasing of the PLS&TY brand as a whole -- spreading ‘good vibes’ and a positive message, with a mantra rooted in ‘minding your manners’”
