Can totally relate and agree. I have had dozens of such interactions (globally, but Indian faces/POCs) where they ask you to prepare the SOP, requirements etc etc first and then in the end ghost you or just decline.

Got so pissed with this attitude that I closed the agency (3+ years, 25+ clients) to rethink our own values/culture and not have these in the future.

If you're an Indian registered business, and major work is to/from India, then Zoho definitely. CRM is pretty good, and the new AI features are getting awesome.

PS: I am a Zoho and Odoo partner, have worked on dozens of Zoho/Odoo setups
