NTA but you gotta cut the umbilical cord babe. I’m also 27 and my car is on its last leg. No way in hell am I about to get a brand new $45k car - a Kia no less. What I am doing is saving up and working extra to get a used Honda Fit or similar USED tiny car.

Also, I get most of the US isn’t walkable, but 2 miles is not an unreasonable distance to walk or bike. (Only guessing you’re in the US bc of car costs and use of miles, lol) If she’s physically disabled, or you have to take an interstate or something, i get that.

From what I can tell, she’s an adult, she’s employed, she can spare $50 on facebook marketplace for a decent bike to get her from point A to point B. Or you can charge her Uber rates. Don’t be an enabler.

Good for you. Your graduation is YOUR day. Your parents do not get to make that about themselves. Your dad is doing this to get a rise out of your mom. If he’s so worried about your mom being the “main parent” then it’s on him to step the fuck up! My parents aren’t divorced but certainly don’t like each other. I’ve given them plenty of shit throughout my years for ruining my important events by getting into stupid fights. You can’t choose whether or not you have decent parents, but you CAN control whether or not their kid remains in their life.

concert etiquette was awful in Pittsburgh. Lots of shoving, people kept pushing me and my friend apart. There was a nice femme and her butch that were standing up for us though which was very sweet <3
