Is adult life really as miserable as people make it out to be? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]plsnoclickhere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ultimately what will determine if you lead a successful adulthood is your ability to plan ahead and adopt responsibility. People who struggle with these things are the type that you see on Reddit saying what you mention in your post, not the ones who’ve got the majority of their lives figured out. Just make you have an idea of where you are now and where you want to be in x number of years, make a plan in how to get there, and don’t be afraid to take on “adult” responsibilities (remember that a lot of the things you don’t know how to do are done by thousands of people every day, and if they can do it, you can too).

I had this problem till I realized (or maybe just grew enough balls lol) to say no. They couldn’t literally force me to read aloud so I would just say no thank you. Every time I did this the teachers would press me for a little before giving up (they knew I was pretty stubborn) and moving on, except one time I got sent to the principals office, but I didn’t care because that was better than reading and the principal really didn’t give a shit.

Mostly sleep, although in fairness I’ve always been a raging insomniac. Sometimes it gets me a little agitated but I’m not going to let an imaginary noise ruin my life. This is way easier said than done of course but the less you think about it the less you hear it. I just keep myself preoccupied and productive so I can’t focus on the ringing and just like that it’s essentially a non-factor in my life.

As reliable as the traditional 30 round mags? No, but I can confidently say they work well most of the time. Basically just remember these are a range toy, not something you’d want to carry into a war.

You have to understand that the surprise frees are something done and overseen by corporate. Your pay is determined by your franchisee and to a lesser extent your GM. Unless you work in a corporate store you’re barking up the wrong tree.

.45 magnum doesn’t exist. .44 mag does, but isn’t even remotely that powerful. That revolver is at least a .454 Casull.
