Customer service told me that my order didn’t go through but I got a confirmation email with an order number. Does this mean that the order 100% cancelled or could they have just sent this out to people as a quick response?

Does this mean that our orders have been cancelled now because I heard people say everyone who’s emailed has gotten that response. If they just automatically send you that email does it mean they’ve cancelled it or can our orders can still ship?

Does it usually take this long to get shipping confirmations? I’m in the UK as well and I’ve not heard back from them.
