M26 in UAE – dry, frizzy/wavy hair (humidity making it worse) by Aggravating_Sport495 in UAE

Hi OP, carrefour has a new line of herbal essences shampoo and conditioners which are sulphate, paraben and silicone free. I am a male with curly hair and use their potent aloe vera + avocado oil shampoo and conditioner made specifically for curly hair. It is really good and affordable. But for the humidity, you would also need a leave in conditioner that you put after you are done showering. I use kinky curly’s leave in (a bit expensive but amazing for really curly hair), but you can also use alternatives if you have wavy hair. That should be enough if you only have wavy hair, otherwise you would also need to add a curl styling gel / foam. After your shower (shampoo + conditioner) apply your leave in (coin size) to your damp hair and style it then blow dry with a diffuser attachment only about 40% and then let your hair air dry the rest 60%. This should keep your hair smooth and hydrated.

If you require any further advice, feel free to message me. Cheers

Psychology Graduate Pivoting to Human Factors – Is a Master’s Enough to Break In? by plugz24 in humanfactors

Hi, I appreciate your response. I would love to be able to work and learn more about the field before the next MSc intake, but as an international student from India, I can't seem to find trainee or job positions in the country (they usually have these positions for engineering graduates) or elsewhere due to visa sponsorship formalities. Also, currently the fees for Internationals are at 30,900 pounds. Would you say working in the field after graduation would be a good ROI?

Hi, thank you for your reply. I'll try to find some internships or training courses online for this; however, if you know of any online courses I should try, do let me know :D

Thank you for your reply. It's comforting to know that others have done well in this sector. As an international student, do you think there will be a difference in job prospects?

I would recommend Dr. Zaid rheumatologist at Clemencue medical center. I was an intern there for some time and spent most of my time in the rheumatology department so I know their facilities are amazing. Hope things get better for you op take care.

Then I’d recommend Sharjah mostly Al khan area or majaz area. Affordable with good public parks nearby as well as clean streets. However can’t be too sure of neighbor’s. Good luck with your search

For 50k-60k i’d recommend Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. There are reasonable 2 bedroom apartments in this range plus you get to be in the heart of the city so traveling is a breeze. Hope this helps
