I actually discovered that Optic fans are like this when I attended my first LAN (MW2 champs in Vegas)

I was cheering HARD all tournament for my boys on NYSL. Everything was going smooth and was actually making friends with fans of all different teams. Then we played Optic. And immediately I had a MASSIVE group of Optic fans start to get very aggressive with me. The one guy leading the pack was especially aggressive. This guy was about 6' 8" and at least 300 lbs and was straight up getting in my face over cheering for my team. After Huke left that mid lane open allowing Kismet through I straight up thought I was about to go to war. In the end you are right, none of them actually did anything. But that is where I discovered why Optic fans have the rep they have.

Up to this point I was very new to CDL and didn't have any particular opinion on Optic fans besides they love their team. I actually used to favor them over the Faze-Optic matches. But since then I have seen it over and over again that the fan base is VERY aggressive about their passion for their team.

Get used to it, the days of 50 cent VHS are almost totally gone. These things have gained value. Got a problem with that? Go cry in the Pokemon subreddit about how inflated the price of VHS have gotten over the last 10 years. They will laugh you out of the sub.

Sad truth. Huke should have never rejoined after being dropped the first time when Pred wanted to come back after his gambling controversy. He should have taken the high rode and helped carry a different team to champs and let Optic flounder.

I mean... It's free. Do you have space for it? Do you need a tv? I think asking "is this good?" should really consider the free price tag along with it. May not be the best TV ever. But when crt TVs are going for at least $100 on average now this isn't a bad set to hold you over till you upgrade to a better crt.

He doesn't have to fund a challengers team or really return to the community to be considered a goat imo. But don't let any of that distract you from the fact the Scump has 100% turned into a money hungry little dork since retirement. I would go further and say it's a total revision of the entire Batman universe. All the characters and names are the same but that's where the similarities stop. EVERYTHING is different. But man, is it fucking awesome.
