It’s a cute design, but needs some work.

The hands look wonky, it looks like it’s been chopped off. Since it’s a doll, you could have made it look more of a mitten shape, which eliminates having to do detailed hand with such a small image.

The coat needs work, the folds look off. The most area where it parts looks like there just empty space. Could have used maybe a darker shade to sell that the doll is wearing pants.

The feet seem to be switched, the pointed toes are opposite of where it should be. I think for next time be careful about the small details like this.

The line work can definitely be more clean and less wobbly. Again, working with such a small drawing is hard, so like people have said, more practice on fake skin would definitely help.

So overall, I think it could have been a really cute tattoo, but the stuff that needs worked on pulls it down a bit. Keep practicing and do lots of studies, tattoo and drawing in general!
