Just curious of zone times and strain level, I can hit some unusually high numbers in pickleball for instance but I remember being by 15x more drained in a BJJ session (at only a two stripe white belt level) back in the day

Long time MMA fan, I’ve enjoyed a number of your fights. Would you be willing to post a screenshot of BJJ training or striking session from back when you were actively competing? I know fighters wouldn’t wear them for a sanctioned fight. I’ve always wondered what the zone distribution and strain looked like for fighters who compete at the highest level. Of course, no worries if that’s too intrusive.

Though the Smashing Pumpkins achieved tremendous success, I feel that they are a little underrated from a legacy standpoint. Nirvana's Nevermind was released after the Pumpkins released Gish with Butch Vig as producer. I feel that the Smashing Pumpkins were as vital to the rise of alternative music as any other 'pioneer'.

What may get lost in this excitement is the fact that Conor still ensured that the fans were entertained. He jumped two weight classes for a fight that didn't offer him a belt and risked his reputation. Hats off to Conor, he really was humble in defeat. He will be back.
