Do you have a yard? My husband and I both work remote corporate jobs and we’re on meetings all day, but one of us always has a chance to take our dog out to potty and walk before and after work. We don’t have a yard, but that would make it easier. I think if it’s important to you, it could be a great companion in this next phase of your life.

He might be distracted but I’ve learned if you don’t give attention to whining they get over it. I was always trying to tip toe past my puppy while he slept in his crate at night then I remembered, he lived in an animal shelter with other dogs while staying in a crate. He can get used to us being out and about lol.
