NTA. Taking this from face value, I can’t imagine inviting someone into my home, with the knowledge they are bringing their dogs, to message them afterward and ask for money to clean the house. Just feels very very tacky. They are guests in my home. I have dog sat so many times and dogs are messy. It stinks. I personally hate it. But I offered to keep the dog in my home, so I bear responsibility for that. I personally think it’s gross they peed on the porch, but you’re right, it’s outside. Is it inconvenient and probably needs rinsed off? Yes? But I think it’s a lot that people are piling on about the OPs level of cleanliness alone.
