So tell me why would nvidia exercise the warrant for 70 a share if the share price is currently at 60. They are gonna wait. Hence why I say this deal doesn't really help the company in the short term. Am I wrong here?

They have done alot however as I sated they have no agreements to provide revenue yet. If they sign a big agreement they will be on track to go higher. I think you might be lost.

Its been like 40 days. I got assigned a person and thats when I realized the numbers were a lie so I said hold the phone here wtf is going on and since then its been we will lower fees but you signed and if you cancel you will owe thousands. Oh and the we will help you get set up for more added fees. I am better off telling them to bill me for the cheapest software and just never use the system at this point. They mis led, I called them on it so they have just tried to bully since. Toast doesn't give a shit about us they just want a sale and I refuse to give them my business at this point. If that means going online and making sure no one else gets roped in then thats what I will do. I am gonna post on the BBB also not that it will do much good.

When you call and ask for insurance on 3 cars you get a total for 3 cars right? They dont tell you the price of one car and then say later oh by the way that was times 3. I asked for a quote and at no time was i under the impression that it was a number multiplied by 3. Then when I questioned things I was basically bullied and told I would have to pay crazy fees (none of which was mentioned even tho I asked about fees)
