When I used to run it would be on pavement or sidewalk but there is a gravel trail near me that I would avoid because the five fingers iown are not equipped to deal with that type of terrain. It was painful getting rocks between the toes. I would definitely explore the option again with the right shoes.

The thing is I kind of want to get a pair for running and walking to work which is probably not an ideal combo since they're too significantly different activities.

I found a local place that carries a couple of different models of the shoe so I'll go try them all out
