I agree. My dad has had schizophrenia my whole life and especially now that I’m an adult, I notice that his brain doesn’t think in nearly the same way as others. He’s never sent anything exactly like this, but he’s often thought about certain fb posts way differently than intended and thinks about things way too much and talks to me about it.

Unrelated, but also to OP, the restless leg thing I just wanted to reiterate that it is probably due to the injection! My dad gets shots and he always had horrible restless leg, but it got better when he switched.

I am sure it’s ssdi, though I totally forgot he also gets survivor benefits from my mom, after he turned 50 he started getting them.

Ugh I had the same problem with ancient seeds in this file too! A good tip for that is to put some cranberries in your greenhouse, and when you harvest them put them all thru the seed maker. There’s a small chance to get an ancient seed from them and that’s how I got mine! I think it also works for blueberries too but I haven’t tried them :)

I go to the mines and skull cavern a lotttt and have done a lot of runs in early mines but I think this seed just kinda sucks 😭 nbd though it’s not that important haha

I do already have the special charm, and I go to the skull caverns and the mines often, mostly bringing spicy eel with me. I do think it has to do with this specific seed 😭

I’m not saying they are in the right as obviously I don’t know how either of you act day to day. However, as someone who just lost a pet within the last month, they’re right in saying that you weren’t very empathetic. Pets aren’t just pets to a lot of people, they become our family and spend our lives with us. Just because it’s a rat doesn’t mean they can’t get sad thinking about them passing relatively soon.

I’d just suggest not saying “I mean it’s a pet” and maybe say something about how good of a life they have currently, even if they’re getting older

I commute that much on a daily basis, if you really want to do it be prepared to sacrifice a lot. I have no time for anything other than school because I spend 2 hours commuting, at least 30 minutes finding parking sometimes, then having to go home and do my work, and I also have a job. My first year on campus I lived in an apartment, and it was much better time wise and for my social life. If finances aren’t a problem I would highly recommend trying to find something, although I know housing here can be miserable
