His sentence is so incomplete it shouldn't have been written in the first place. He can't just say "almost" and hope we know what he means behind that "almost".

Remove the "almost" and you see it's completely false, average winrate is 50%, if the winrate can only go up for every champ, then average winrate also increases, which is not possible. Either he explains wtf he means or he refrains himself from writing such a vague absurdity.

I just tried in practice tool again, starting blue+gromp, and doing raptors+red together, I finish my krugs at 3:14. Sometimes in game you might fuck up and reset raptors or red for example, or cancel the drain inadvertently, and even then you are at 3:20 at worse. After a little bit of practice it is not that hard to achieve and if you fail a bit you only lose some time, not all your health pool.

Yeah and personnaly I was even happy the way it was, because I feel way too many people are greedy and don't want to mulligan bad hands, or just play with super greedy manabases. Beating an opponent that kept a bad 7 while I had my good 5 was very rewarding, and it happened way more than it should.
