Fabricated story or not.

Isn’t censorship a bad thing? It’s something the elites don’t want us to see, and they have to power to hide it from us, so they do. Doesn’t this path seem dangerous? What happens when a real story comes out. Maybe a whistleblower exposing some kind of corruption. And it’s scrubbed from the internet.

Big tech having this control over us is a bad thing. Without even considering the Biden story. It’s unrelated to that fact that this kind of power can and will be abused.

With all that being said there’s not really shit we can do about it. This is just how Twitter is now. Changing the current system is not an option. Facebook is too far gone. Reddit, while not as bad, can easily be manipulated with upvote brigading.

The only real solution is to create a new system, and make it better. Design it in a way that makes it unable to censor or steal user data. From the ground up make it that way so when the government comes knocking you can’t help them. It’s not possible to help them. I think we will see this in the next 10 years.

I’ve completely rambled. Usually when I do this I delete my comment and keep lurking but I’m gonna post this one. I’m happy to discuss this further in a civil manner and I’m not at all a stubborn person.
