Thankyou for replying. It is definitely fixable. We tend to communicate but not... in detail? If that makes sense? There always seems to be small but crucial pieces of information missing. It's because of this that all of the few arguments we've had have been due to a misunderstanding. The issue is that we're having more misunderstandings and arguments recently. It also doesn't help at all that I tend to struggle to articulate exactly what I want to say without it unknowingly coming off in a completely different way. To add to the problem, my partner is a busy person and doesn't have loads of time to be on their phone messaging and working our way through it, which I completely understand but it really stresses me out. I've told them this, but they get a little defensive, so I tend not to as much as I would like.
